INSPIRATION
Organic Growth 1 is a semi-abstract representation of the continuous growth in nature inspired by my trip to the Amazon in 2017.
The black and blue elements emerging from the bottom of the painting represent the fight of the species to grow in an over-saturated environment such as the Amazon, where animals and vegetation co-exist while fighting for resources.
The background color blocks emulates the layers from the underground to the sky, creating a sunrise/sunset illusion when displayed under different lights.
The use of bold saturated colors in the background contrasts with the front elements full of details and organic shapes.
This painting is the twin of Organic Growth 2. Both paintings (together or separate) will enhance any entrance, living room or office that need a touch of color.
