RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES
ORIGINAL PAINTINGS: 30 DAYS FROM DELIVERY DATE
I offer a 30 day refund policy in original paintings so you can test it at home and return if it doesn't fit your space. If that is the case, please send me an email within 30 days from delivery date to claradelafuenteartist@gmail.com and I will be glad to refund, exchange or make it right.
If you have questions about if the artwork will fit your space, please feel free to fill the contact form and I will help you before purchasing.
Once the artwork is received back from a return, verified its originality, and inspected, a refund will be issued in the same way it was purchased. This process could take to a month, depending on the time of the year and if the store is open.
Please keep the packing materials as you are responsible for packing and shipping cost of the returned items. Pack the artwork as it came and the best you can. If the artwork returns damaged, it may not be eligible for return.
I recommend you add insurance for the value of the painting, which is only a few dollars in most cases. If the painting/s or any other article is lost in transit on return shipment, you won't be eligible for a return. By not adding insurance to the value of the painting, you assume the risk of not getting refund if the painting is lost in transit.
If any item you bought from us arrived damaged, please contact me within 30 days of arrival and send me a picture of the damage to claradelafuenteartist@gmail.com.
ALL OTHER PRODUCTS (LUGGAGE TAGS, PRINTS, MUGS, MOUSEPADS, ETC): 30 DAYS FROM DELIVERY DATE
Canvas prints, art prints, mousepads, mugs, luggage tags and any other article can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
