South Haven Pier

As the sun went down, the pier at South Haven looked like a dark shape against the colorful sky. Waves hit it, and their white foam turned a bit red from the setting sun. Many were watching, amazing by the sky spectacle.

The sun said goodbye in a bright burst of reds and oranges leaving behind a calm evening and the sound of waves hitting the pier. The water looked so amazing that I decided to omit the pier off the painting and give the main and only focus to the color of the waves and the sky.
